Professor Brendan Simms will be in conversation with Iuliia Osmolovska, chairwoman of Transatlantic Dialogue Center and executive director of Eastern Europe Security Institute.

Iuliaa, who spoke by video-link from Kiev at our ’emergency event’ more than two weeks ago, has now made it out of the country. She will be speaking in person to the CFG on her personal experiences and the current state of play in Ukraine. As a long-serving diplomat and analyst with extensive experience of negotiating with the Russians, Iuliia will also address what Putin’s endgame might be.  There will be plenty of time for questions. Please register if you can, but walk-ins are equally welcome, subject to space being available’
