Ian Marshall will reflect on identity and politics in Northern Ireland today in conversation with Prof Richard Bourke, Professor of the History of Political Thought and Fellow of King's College, University of Cambridge.  

Ian Marshall was elected Independent member of Seanad Éireann (the Irish Senate) in 2018, making history as the first Ulster Unionist elected to the upper chamber of the Irish Parliament in 100 years, serving from 2018-2020. Ian currently works in the Institute for Global Food Security (IGFS) in Queens University Belfast.
