Development Consultant
Biography: 

Isabelle McRae is the Development Consultant at Centre for Geopolitics. She works with our donors and foundations to support the growth of our programmes. She has consulted for not-for-profit organisations in the UK, US, Turkey, Chile and Azerbaijan, specialising in developing strategic impact and social research projects. Her multilingual work has focused on refugee and migrant labour issues, democratic participation and corruption for the Greater London Authority, National Endowment for Democracy and the European Commission, among others. Alongside her consulting work, she is a language specialist and qualified legal interpreter. 

Centre Coordinator
Biography: 

Charis has overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Centre, including managing the budgets, and is the main point of contact between the Centre, the University, and the wider world. Before joining the Centre, Charis was a motoring journalist and PR account director, cybersecurity copywriter, magazine editor – and motor racing team manager.
